TATA Motors T1 Prima Truck Racing Championship was the one of its one kind of racing which took place at the internationally acclaimed Buddh International Circuit. This first ever truck racing championship in India has been inscribed on the calendars of FIA (Federation Internationale de l'Automobile) and FMSCI (the Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India). More than 30,000 spectators watched the breathtaking race of 12 behemoths weighing about seven tons. Top British truck racing drivers, including Bran John Burt, David Jenkins and others were part of this championship. This championship has bagged us the biggest award of 2014 – GOLD in BEST SIGNATURE EVENT of 2014 by EEMAX Award and SILVER in BEST PUBLIC & OUTDOOR Event.
For the first time in India, an interactive 3D character, essentially, an e-Puppet, was created and programmed in the form of an IRIS that came alive to interact with the local audiences. Through this project we touched the lives of many people and it was a great moment to cherish. For the same company, we have done another event-TATA Ace One Million in the same year. The event was to celebrate the milestone of TATA Ace achieving one millionth customers.
We were awarded Sony India’s MICE project for execution on a turnkey basis one of the largest MICE movements in Asia. A MICE activity for 3000 dealers and employees of Sony India in Dubai which was not an easy task, but still we took the same as a challenge and executed it smoothly. This event could easily have been noted in the LIMCA book of records as one of the largest MICE movements in south-east Asia.
We took the daunting task of managing 8 different pavilions for 8 different automobile giants right from developing stall themes to design, execution and stall management for the entire duration of the Auto Expo. The biggest challenge for us was to plan and execute 8 different plans for 8 different companies and we were able to do better than what we thought.
Our work has gained us various prestigious events and one such event which we organized consistently for 5 years (2005-2010) was Hindustan Times Leadership Summit. It was one of the biggest, most high profile events in the media industry and was regarded as a marquee event with the crème-de-la-crème in attendance and the eyes of the world on the stage.
With Olympic Torch Relay, we surprised everyone as we were the only company that accepted the challenge to set up the entire 30-km-long relay route for a reputed international event of such a scale. We only had one night available to set up the entire branding and viewing points (almost 60,000 branding elements and 120 spectator stands across the route starting at Qutub Minar and ending at India Gate. We also coordinated the presence of 300 celebrities and sportspersons with each celebrity covering approximately 100 meters of the relay.
Later years of 2000 era opened up new opportunities and raised our standards. We concentrated more on technological aspects and delivered what was only a dream. We were roped-in by Shell to do Hazira Site Showcase where we faced a challenge to create an impactful media event at a mundane under-construction site and surprise the audience by revealing the huge concrete terminals under construction. We created 1 km long tunneled walkway which opened into an air-conditioned hangar.
In 1998 we launched Dell and introduced Michael Dell in India. We were expected to design an innovative event of international standard to introduce world’s youngest billionaire at that time. For the first time in India, surface projections were used on a curved dome structure for an event. So from here our never ending voyage of efforts began which has today given new dimensions to our existence.
We started our journey with conducting India’s first ever and biggest inter-school music competition ‘Cornucopia’ in 1992. This event eventually become the rage in the nation and was conducted annually till 1997. This festival is still in the hearts of people.
