T.I.C successfully manages launch event of Nissan in 130 locations same day simultaneously

In one-of- its-kind activity, T.I.C successfully planned and executed the launch event of New Nissan Sunny in over 130 locations in more than 100 cities across the country simultaneously on July 5, 2014! The campaign was planned to inform and educate dealer community about the all New Nissan Sunny and its features.
The launch event took place in key metros, tier-II & tier-III cities like New Delhi, Chandigarh, Pune as well as remote areas like Nagarcoil, Tinsukia, Pallakad among others. The major challenge was to execute a multi touch point activation campaign across so many cities, keeping in mind the surprise element of the launch. However, the set-up and execution following a strict time schedule was managed flawlessly by the company with the required groundwork finished a day prior to the actual event.
Mr. Gaurav Dhall, Managing Director, T.I.C said, “When Nissan came-up with the activity proposal, we were excited as this activity was full of challenges and at T.I.C we believe in doing the impossible tasks. One such challenge was to reach to the cities which do not have good connectivity and infrastructure and organize the launch in all 130 locations simultaneously on the same day. Successful completion of this launch has further strengthened our network and relations with Nissan.”
“The purpose was to engage the audience through various activities as well as make them aware about the various features of the car. We created an entrance arch for all the showrooms which were used for a premium welcome walkway for prospective buyers. We also ensured that brochures were always available there. T.I.C also used all the POSM provided in the most prominent manner across the dealership area,” added Dhall.
