TATA Motors Ace Mega Launches in multiple cities

Objective:
To introduce TATA’s new entrant ‘TATA ACE’ in the market with WOW feel to the existing & prospective customers of TATA Ace and give never before state of the Art experience, through series of events across India.

T.I.C. Delivered:
• The biggest challenge for T.I.C. was to comprehend the customers’ dynamics and their demography and accordingly successfully deliver the events not only in big metros but also in suburbs where basic infrastructure is not available. With T.I.C.’s past experiences and TATA Motors support, company have been able to successfully organize, manage and deliver events with same standards in every city/location within the given time frame of 6 months.
• This series was one of its own kinds of project where TATA reached out to approx 150 cities within 6 months. There were two formats of the events; large scale and small scale.
• The entire set-up was done by the respective experts with extreme precision and the events were executed flawlessly. These launches showcased Ace Mega along with Quick change and illusion acts, quiz shows, UV acts, dance programs interacting sessions, followed by the dinner.
• For the theme, larger than life phenomenon was adopted for the setup and entire setup was done accordingly.

Result:
• Excellent feedback received from the regional teams & TATA Motors representatives for excellent coordination & execution
• The company reached to more than 40,000 people through this activity.
