Re-launch event of Nissan in 130 locations same day simultaneously

Objective:
To introduce the all new Sunny to TG across India, same day.

T.I.C. Deliverables:

  • T.I.C. successfully planned and executed the launch event of New Nissan Sunny in over 130 locations in more than 100 cities across the country simultaneously!
  • The launch event took place in key metros, tier-II & tier-III cities like New Delhi, Chandigarh, Pune as well as remote areas like Nagarcoil, Tinsukia, Pallakad among others.
  • The major challenge was to execute a multi-touch point activation campaign across so many cities, keeping in mind the surprise element of the launch. However, the set-up and execution following a strict time schedule was managed flawlessly by the company with the required groundwork finished a day prior to the actual event.
  • T.I.C. created an entrance arch for all the showrooms which were used for a premium welcome walkway for prospective buyers.
  • T.I.C. also ensured that brochures were always available in all the locations.
  • T.I.C. also managed to ensure that the campaign was in sync with the product and matched the tagline of the car – ‘Get Used to Luxury’.
  • The company provided golf game set-up at the venues to engage the walk-in customers as well as planned various other activities to engage them.
  • From preparing test drive cars to invitation cards, from standees to backdrop, T.I.C. ensured that all the levels of arrangements were state-of-the-art.
