TATA Motors, India’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, has recently launched its all new TATA Ace Mega with the tag line of “Ab life mein jo hoga Mega hoga”. This variant is TATA’s strategy to continue the legacy established by Tata Ace “Chota Haathi” which has over 14 Lakh customers on road.

To introduce this new entrant in the market, TATA Motors has launched series events across India, executed by T.I.C. This series is one of its own kinds of project where the company is reaching out to more than 150 cities. As of now, more than 120 cities are already covered. There are two formats of the events; large scale and small scale. Cities which are already covered includes Jodhpur, Cuttack, Jaipur, Udaipur, Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Salem, Coimbatore, Madurai, Baroda, Ahmedabad, Thane, Gorakhpur, Allahabad, Varanasi, Kolkata, and Bangalore among others.

These launches showcases Ace Mega along with Quick change and illusion acts, quiz shows, UV acts, dance programs interacting sessions, followed by the dinner. These acts are well received by the audience who find these acts unique, entertaining and informative at the same time.

TATA Motors T1 Prima Truck Racing Championship has won two Gold awards in the following Categories: Sport Event Property of the Year and New Property of the Year award

New Delhi, 30th June 2015: T.I.C has repeated history by winning the prestigious WOW Awards and Convention Asia 2015 for TATA Motors T1 Prima Truck Racing Championship that took place at JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity recently. T.I.C was awarded 2 Gold awards for the categories Sport Event Property of the Year and New Property of the Year for Season 1, respectively for the championship amidst the glitterati of the event industry during the gala ceremony of WOW Awards 7th edition.

Sharing his delight on the occasion, Mr. Gaurav Dhall, Managing Director, T.I.C. shared, “It’s a moment of immense pleasure for the entire team who worked day and night for making T1 Truck Racing a success story. For the 2015 event, T.I.C. executed a very effective marketing plan that ran pan India from January (two months prior to the event). Various activities were carried out which included Roadshows at approx 500 locations, Mall activations in approx 25 cities across, TASS (TATA Authorized Service centres) activities in approx 115 cities, Trophy Relay events at approx 20 locations, Motion Sensor Game and many more such activities across India. For the first time, there was a touch& feel experience for select visitors, who were enthralled to see and feel these Racing Giants closely. The result of this close knit marketing plan was a huge turnout at the event despite heavy rain and chilling weather.

26th May 2015, New Delhi: T.I.C. recently managed branding, activations and events for Kings XI Punjab during IPL 2015. The activities, which started with press conference was followed by Meet & Greet, stadium and venue branding and activations.

The press conference held in Mumbai was attended by key TATA Motors officials’ along with actor Preity Zinta, owner of Kings XI Punjab, cricketer Virender Sehwag and other key members of the KXIP management. At the press conference the new jersey of the team was unveiled to the press and announcement of TATA PRIMA as the title sponsor of KXIP for the second year in a row was made.
Post that the IPL season kick started with a Meet & Greet session in Pune where the KXIP team enjoyed the warm hospitality of over 20000 people at the TATA Motors plant. A cavalcade was taken out through the plant where the key representatives of KXIP team were given a guided tour of the plant at the same time.

The journey continued to Pune and Mohali where T.I.C. managed the entire stadium branding for TATA Motors for KXIP. In the stadium T.I.C. carried out an activation program where T.I.C. displayed TATA Motors Prima trucks and created larger than life wishing bats that were open for KXIP fans to sign on and cheer KXIP. This activation was attended by approx 40,000 people and the wishing bat was signed by approx 5,000 KXIP fans. Apart from this, T.I.C. also arranged for face painting activity for the KXIP fans, who thoroughly enjoyed and participated in the activities.

Post that there was Meet & Greet session for TATA Motors regional team members, key TML customers and their families managed by T.I.C, where celebrity emcee Sameer Kochchar was roped in for the activity.
Along with the above T.I.C. managed the entire branding for KXIP for the IPL season this year. T.I.C. team travelled with KXIP team to all the match venues and managed the entire set of activities smoothly and flawlessly on a quick turnaround time.

TATA Motors, world’s fourth largest truck manufacturer and India’s largest automobile company, wanted to stay ahead in the truck marketing game and assure their positioning as an innovative brand who foresees the future of the country.
To inspire the succeeding generations to take up Truck driving as an inspirational profession as well as wanted to address the scarcity of young skilled truck drivers in India, the idea of introducing T1 truck racing came up. TATA trusting its old integrated event management and marketing company T.I.C, entrusted the job of its planning and execution to T.I.C, headquartered in Delhi.
T.I.C. under its dynamic MD Gaurav Dhall took up the challenge and executed it successfully in the year 2014 and its second season recently concluded March 15, 2015 which was witnessed by approx 35,000 crowds.
Guests were thrilled to see the Racing mammoths competing with each other energetically and at the end, last year winner Stuart Oliver of Team Castrol Vecton again retained his TATA Motors T1 Prima truck racing title. Steve Thomas of Team Allied Partners and Steven Powell of Team TATA Technologies finished on second and third position, respectively. The audience also enjoyed performances by Manish Paul as a host, bollywood celebrities Shankar , Ehsaan & Loy along with performances by Badshah and Benny Dayal, Harley Davidson bike race, and more.
“Despite of heavy rainfall, we received such huge number of crowd who kept the momentum high all the time. Also touch and feel section added another zest to the racing fervor. We are quite happy with the whole experience as our focused hardwork is paid off. I firmly believe that Trucking and T1 Racing is here to stay in India” said Mr Gaurav Dhall, MD, T.I.C.

New Delhi, February 25, 2015: Weddings are one of the most auspiciously celebrated events that spread happiness for a long time especially in a country like India. And when it comes to its celebration, people trust only a renowned name to make it a memorable affair. T.I.C that is known for its unique style and standalone corporate events was chosen to do the décor for a lavish wedding of a business tycoon from Delhi, through its division called T.I.C Panorama. T.I.C. Panorama pulled off this grand wedding and reception along with other ceremonial events with different themes in the capital itself with grandeur and style.

Marriage ceremonies started with holy Satsang which was a grand function for the family. T.I.C. came up with decor theme of peach crystals along with gold shades. Orchids, carnations were used to light the authenticity of the event. Special giveaways were customized for the guests in form of homemade besan barfi, an Indian sweet kept in beautifully decorated golden ribbons baskets. Next function was fun filled cocktail function, where theme was more driven by the fun and fervor of the nature of the event.

Post that there was Mehendi ceremony that marked a distinctive memory especially for the bride so T.I.C. kept it more ethnic by using colorful drapes, traditional umbrellas, bangles and kaliras, which were hung for the décor. It was a poolside affair where company used a cart of colorful stoles for the guests with a karaoke jockey.

Weddings in India are usually themed in red and gold color scheme but here also T.I.C. moved out of the box and selected a more elegant palette of Yellow and white. The ceremony was simple and touched every aspect of Indian traditions from both the sides of bride and groom which was followed by a modest interlude on terrace. T.I.C managed to keep the zest of the wedding intact by creating a unique dome filled with yellow and white flowers that was the highlight of the event.

Finally there was the Reception which was hosted at a farmhouse in Chattarpur .The event was a day affair so T.I.C. maintained the ruggedness of the farm by keeping the décor in golden and white and given a twist in the décor with a huge stage with an inverted dome filled with flowers with amoeba shaped bar with flowers on top. For entertainment of guests, Suryaveer from Nasha fame, the sufi band which is very popular with the youth was invited who made people groove by their soulful performance. An exquisite walk through was made out of glass panels and chandeliers through which the newlyweds made their grand entry to the main arena.
